Do you take my insurance?
I do not interact directly with insurance carriers and do not accept payment from insurance. I am happy to provide you with a statement of service upon request. You can submit this directly to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Covered services and benefits vary widely and I cannot guarantee your expenses will be reimbursed. Please note reimbursement rates depend on your specific insurance plan. Flex Plan benefits through your employer may be used for payment; I encourage you to talk to your employer before using these benefits for payment.
